El-Mansoreya Housing - El-Haram

The project was built at the intersection of El-Malek Faisal street, and Canal of El-Mansourieh Street
 
The project is of middle level of housing

The  design care of the existence of green areas equivalent to one and a half of flat areas for building

The project took place on a piece of land with an area of ??14,000 m2, divided into five parts, overlooking (Teraa Kafra Nassar) Street, 20 meters width on one side and (El-Malek Faisal) Street width of 40 meters on the other side and (El-Mansourieh canal) width of 40 meters on the third side

The project consists of 13 buildings, each building contains 48 housing units

Each building consisting of basement and ground floor shops overlooking on El-Malek Faisal Street, and topped by a twelve-story residential

The project includes 647 residential units, the area of unit starting from 90 m2 and up to 110 m2

The level of finishing, above the middle level

Project costs of more than 10 million pounds

Work of the project has begun at the end of 1981 and ended in 1986
